What we collect
We collect only the information you provide directly: your name, email address, optional telephone number, and the content of any enquiry. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not use third-party tracking pixels.

How we use it
Your details are used to answer your enquiry, to arrange viewings or shipment, and — if you subscribe — to send occasional notice of new arrivals. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the courier and insurer handling a shipment you have asked us to make, and the payment provider processing a transaction you have authorised.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for seven years to satisfy export and tax record-keeping obligations in Sri Lanka. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Write to atelier@krystox.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it erased.
